Learning design for adult learners

In this short course you will learn how to turn learning into skills, knowledge into understanding and help adults build competences with digital learning.

• Assessment and reflection: how do we an the learner know to what extent is the transformational goal achieved?
• Gamification: the ultimate fronteer of learning – when learning becomes play
